Densoseal 16A

A non setting, self supporting mastic which may be applied to wet surfaces and will seal ducts and conduits against ingress of gas and water

• Densoseal 16a can also be used to create smooth profiles around awkwardly shaped mechanical joints on hot pipes prior to the application of a protective tape wrap system.
• Firm fibrous mastic based on mineral fillers, organic fibres and water displacing materials
• Product is packed into the ends of the duct by hand and firmly moulded around cables to ensure there are no gaps
• Mastic should be packed to a depth at least equal to the diameter of the duct
• Surfaces should be free of loose rust, scale, dirt and any previous sealants
• Sold as a box of 8 x 1kg blocks
