FILOseal + HD FIRE Re-enterable duct sealing system offers up to 2 bar pressure resistance and 100kg pulling force on the cables when sealed, plus up to 4 hours fire resistance in transit frames (single side) and in ducts. 

Tested to BS EN1366-3 2009, this system is approved for and used extensively in the London Underground as well as rail applications across Europe and Australia.

An engineered solution, this hexagonal support system builds up like a honeycomb from a fire resistant material called ‘Formite’ is ideal for sealing larger heavy cables and pipes in ducts, boreholes or transit frames in any configuration whilst allowing for easy re-entry of the seal to add or remove cables or pipes as needed.
