GBZ Tool – GB-P20 Semi-Conductor Shaving Tool, up to 52mm

Single universal tool for shaving the bonded semi con layer of medium tension cables, 10 to 30 KV and even higher voltage.

The working range is between 10 to 52 mm cable diameter. Due to the special profile of the sliding guide parts a defined working speed is guaranteed.

The result is a well shaved surface with a constant and faultless finish.

Once adjusted the cutting depth can be blocked to use the same cutting depth for further applications.

At the end of the shaving operation the stop is made manual by switching off the sliding guide part.

Because of the special grinding and polishing of the tungsten carbide blade, the result is a perfect and smooth surface.

There are three feed angles adjustments to support the stripping process and to reduce and avoid manual mistakes during the preparation.
