Medium voltage training was recently carried by our Technical Training Manager, Chris Brown. This bespoke course included the installation of a resin filled 11kV Triplex/Triplex Straight Joint.
The course included modules covering important stages of the installation such as:
- Clearance check in encapsulation shell
- Stand Off moisture seal
- MDPE, cable oversheath preparation, degreased, abraded & flame brushed
- Triplex cable sheath preparation
Accredited training was carried out at our dedicated facility in the Midlands by Jointing Tech’s very own Technical Manager Chris Brown, who has more than 45 years’ experience in the cabling industry and offers bespoke training courses to qualified candidates
