Technical Training Manager, Chris Brown, recently delivered Medium Voltage training at the Jointing Tech training facility in the Midlands.
This comprehensive training included SM0E 64540, 11kV Triplex/Triplex Resin Filled Straight Joint.
Aspects of the course included:
- Clearance check in encapsulation shell triplex-triplex resin filled joint
- Stand off position moisture seal
- MDPE, cable oversheath preparation, degreased, abraded & flame brushed
- Triplex cable sheath preparation
