Harry Finch and Fynn Hudson-Prentice both hit centuries as Sussex took charge of their three-day friendly match with a Combined Hampshire and Surrey XI at The Academy Ground, Blackstone yesterday.
Finch (165) and Hudson-Prentice (115) put on a massive partnership of 281 for the third wicket as Sussex made 442 in reply to the Combined XI’s 218 all out.
The visitors then reached 61 for 1 in response to the big total, Lewis Hatchett taking the one wicket to fall.
The third and final day begins at 10.30am this morning at Blackstone and entrance is FREE
