This year’s Infrastructure Conference was held at Silverstone

Our Managing Director Simon Dennis presented the JT vision immediately after Infrastructure Managing Director Matthew Parker talked us through our divisional strategy. Over the day these visions were joined by those of David Coxhead Ken Graham frank kelly Ben Bain ????????/???????? and Ian Thomas, joining together plans for collaboration that will benefit our customers immensely  .

A highlight of the day had to be the inspirational talk from Manley Hopkinson FRSA FRGS, Founder of the Compassionate Leadership Academy, keynote speaker experienced in high-performing teams and, as best described by Matt Parker, a ‘daredevil’ ⛵ . His experiences made our weekends seem very dull but gave us a unique insight into how the best teams in the world pull together to deliver more.

As part of the event, we were able to craft ideas that will help grow stronger relationships and give Jointing Tech even more power to deliver end-to-end products and solutions that are unrivalled in the market today.

At the end of the day was an awards ceremony which is always hard to call as so many of our colleagues go above and beyond every day, but, congratulations to Claire Poxton for winning the Jointing Tech sales colleague of the year ???? ; your tireless drive and focus on delivering unrivalled service was recognised and we are proud of all that you’ve achieved.

We know that making an event appear seamless is very difficult, so we need to thank our very own Katherine Wheater-Ayre for always being our brand ambassador but especially the team who worked tirelessly to make this happen so thank you Alison Andrews Daria Kokoszko and Nicola O'Shea
