Staff are not only trained on theoretical aspects of installation, but also have an introduction into the actual hands on aspects of a physical install to give a more complete understanding of the day to day challenges faced on site.
We are very fortunate to have Chris Brown as our Technical Training Manager to carry out product training for all new JT staff as well as regularly training the team across our UK wide network of branch locations.
