Sicame Transition Washer Packs

This bolted joint transition washer, designed and developed by the Central Electricity Research Laboratories and is manufactured by Sicame Electrical Developments Limited.

• The device consists of a sharply profiled copper alloy washer encapsulated in a protective grease.
• When inserted between the mating faces of a bolted joint the sharp profile penetrates surface oxide films and the grease is extruded to form a seal against corrosion.
• Each pack consists of 1 x Greased Profiled Copper Alloy Flat washer and 2 x BZP Steel Flat Washers
