Tyco Universal Ali Busbar Connectors

UET connectors are intended as a simple method of terminating all solid aluminium conductors of both round and sector shaped cross section.

• They can be pre-installed onto the busbar (for example, by the equipment manufacturer).
• The cable installer then needs only a 13mm socket/spanner for UET95, or a 19mm socket/spanner for UET185 or UET300 range, to complete the cable termination.
• The standard product is supplied with one shear head conductor clamping bolt.
• The stud and other fixing accessories can be supplied as options these are not included in the standard product.
• These connectors can also be used on shaped stranded conductors however, connectors with 2 shear bolts (UET95-44, UET185-55 & UET300-60) are recommended for improved tensile performance on such conductors.
